Cushion Valve Kit

Nervous about breaking your swivel motor? Look no further than this complete plug and play cushion valve kit for your mini excavator. This kit limits the pressure that is allowed to contact your swivel motor from the system pressure of 2750psi down to a manageable pressure of 1900psi

Each kit comes with the following: 

1 Cushion Valve

2 24” hoses with straight female ends

2 male fittings for the valve body.

Please Note: The elbows and hoses on top of the valve in the photos are from the factory hydraulic system on the Mini excavator we used for development and are not included in the kit. 

Consult YouTube for assembly and installation. Please leave the adjustment screws backed all the way out.
