Shipping Information

At Central Digger Supply, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order size, carrier schedules, and whether an item is stocked, custom-built, or special order.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom products, hydraulic hoses, engine components, and certain equipment-related items may require additional processing time before shipment.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout the lower 48 United States.

For shipping requests outside standard delivery areas, please contact us before placing your order.

Freight & Large Equipment Orders

Some products, equipment, engines, and oversized items may require freight shipping.

Freight delivery timelines can vary depending on:

  • delivery location
  • carrier availability
  • residential vs commercial delivery
  • liftgate requirements

Additional freight coordination may be required for certain orders.

Custom Hydraulic Hose Orders

Most custom hydraulic hose orders ship within a few business days after specifications are confirmed.

Please ensure all hose measurements, fittings, and pressure requirements are accurate before submitting your request.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely shipping, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • carrier issues
  • weather conditions
  • freight scheduling
  • manufacturer availability
  • high order volume

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information may result in additional shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged product
  • photos of the packaging

We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking activity after shipment confirmation.
