Returns

At Central Digger Supply, we work hard to provide reliable parts, accessories, and equipment solutions selected for compatibility and real-world performance.

If you need to request a return, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that:

  • are unused and uninstalled
  • are in original condition and packaging
  • have not been damaged, modified, or altered
  • are approved by our team before being returned

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Custom hydraulic hoses
  • Custom-built or special-order products
  • Installed or used parts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Because many products are selected or built based on machine compatibility and customer specifications, some orders may not qualify for return.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a product damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the product
  • photos of the packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.

Return Process

To request a return, contact our team before sending any items back.

Please include:

  • order number
  • product information
  • reason for the return

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was shipped
  • the product arrived damaged
  • the issue was caused by our error

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for processing depending on your payment provider.
